Pork - Pork loin with spicy seasoning.

(Vegetarian) Cheese and Peppers - Pepper Jack cheese and serrano peppers. Hot.

Chicken Verde - Our white tamales with chicken and green verde sauce  

(Vegan) Bean and Corn - Seasoned veggies in seasoned masa.
